Swine Flu for Me and You

The Global Health Organization recently announced fears of a new epidemic sweeping across the globe. So far 68 people have died in Mexico, which has led Mexican President Felipe Calderon to declare a state of emergency allowing him to cancel all public events and order quarantines. 8 People have died so far in California an Texas and 1000 suspected cases have been found worldwide. This is much worse than it sounds as this strain of the flu has been found to spread impossibly fast, and leads quickly to pneumonia. The last global flu epidemic killed at least 1 million people.
